Terrible online order experience

Terrible experience with their online service. Bought a new plate for our microwave 2 weeks ago and it's still not delivered. I get notifications from the courier that it has been delivered when it hasn't. I attempted to follow up multiple times using their support channel but they don't reply. Do not purchase from them online. I feel like I've been ****med to be honest.
