Extremely Dissapointed

I am very frustrated with TEFL Universal, I made a request to receive my academic transcript. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to receive the transcript. I just do not understand how it could take 2 weeks to generate an academic transcript for a 120 hour course consisting of only 10 modules. My future employer urgently requires this document and I am at risk of losing my position because of it!
