I registered with TEFL Universal and paid R349, I then completed module 1 to 3 now i cannot gain access to site to do module 4 , please provide feedback on what is really happening because I feel ****med and disappointed

final assessment error
Everything was going well until I clicked the Enter button by error while completing my final assessment. There is no option for a re-take, which is not helpful at all. Please change the system because I don't know what to do now.

Tefl Universal review
I signed up for TEFL Universal, got my certificate before March 1st, but have heard absolutely nothing since. They keep promising that there are jobs to apply for, and I’ve app**** to a bunch, but no response whatsoever. It’s honestly ridiculous. They don’t follow through on anything and just leave you hanging. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone—it’s a waste of time!

Just No
Extremely disappointed with the service I've received from TEFL Universal. While their website made it easy to sign up and pay for their courses, the administrative support has been abysmal. Requesting administrative assistance is a pain as chances are very good that you will be met with radio silence or delayed responses. It's taken an inordinate amount of time to process even the simplest administrative tasks, causing frustration and delays !!

Extremely Dissapointed
I am very frustrated with TEFL Universal, I made a request to receive my academic transcript. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to receive the transcript. I just do not understand how it could take 2 weeks to generate an academic transcript for a 120 hour course consisting of only 10 modules. My future employer urgently requires this document and I am at risk of losing my position because of it!

I am very frustrated with TEFL Universal, I made a request to receive my academic transcript. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to receive the transcript. Honestly, I wish there was a zero rating, because giving them a one star is a terrible reach. In the last 24 hours we tried contacting them on ALL social media platforms and the only responds we got was one generic email. We placed an order with them for a course, but never received the content we ALREADY paid for. After multiple attemps of contacting them we receive one useless generic email.
