I think this TEFL UNIVERSAL business is a total ****! How do one report this so that people can stop using their disgusting services. I have been mailing and messaging for months to obtain my certificate. No response! Do these people even exist?? People must stop wasting time and money on these people. As if life isn't tough enough. People take and take everything from you. Stop with this false advertising and promotions. You are really sick!
I wrote a bad review for Peugeot George in May 2021. I wish to ask the public to become aware of the broken cars sold by Peugeot George and their ridiculous repair costs. I feel any car trader is well aware of the condition of the car as well as major parts that is already faulty or could give problems in the short term. My partner is going to give his Peugeot 308 GTi up for auction cause no way can a car from a trusted dealer give you almost R30 000 extra to repair issues such as water pipes, gaskets and alternators. My partner has not even enjoyed driving the bought car for more than a year successfully, without any challenges. It was constant ups and downs with this car. It has probably lost so much value. It is truly sad. Peugeot George does not assist with anything other than giving quotes for expensive repairs such as R15000 at a time. Like what? This was a car sold to him with a saying that it is in showroom condition. However, it was not even months before challenges started with cooling systems and pipes. I have never experienced this type of disrespect and condescension from my car dealer for the past 2 years. No issues with my pre used vehicle said to be in showroom condition. Only brakes that had to be replaced. So Peugeot George can steal from its consumers, but at least people know about their complete and utter disrespect towards their clients.
I browsed quotes for car insurance yesterday and was called back this morning. I appreciated the agent explaining every single question I had, openly. It was a great experience and I do hope we will have a long and fruitful partnership. My premium was also decreases and that's awesome! Every part of the app was also thoroughly explained. Thanks Auto & General for this awesome welcome! 👌
I took out a 2 year contract with Vodacom and the contract expired. I then had to cancel the contract and wait for two or three months' additional debits to go off as final payments. Vodacom then started billing me for "accidental damage insurance" (which I never heard of as I never took this out). I reversed the debit orders which was almost R200 more than what I was supposed to pay for EXPIRED contract. It went on for three months and I reversed the debits because it was not Vodacom's money to take in the first place. Their customer care service was no help. They just told me it was a technical issue but I will have to wait to get my money back. Maybe another 2/3 months as they were in backlog! How was this my problem?? In the end, I received a summons letter to pay Vodacom outstanding money. Now, as I do not have time to entertain this, I am paying them back. And want absolutely nothing to do with that company ever again! All they do is steal from their companies and they know exactly how to take waaay more from their clients then they are supposed to. Anyone going into business with Vodacom, please make sure you know everything about cancelations and wrongful debits from the company.
M'Sure is a standard insurance given to most clients when purchasing a car. I think M'Sure knows exactly how to scam people out of their hard earned and paid in full money. When M'Sure was asked to sort out a water pipe that broke after 4 months of driving a car, they refused to help their client. According to them, they only cover the "cooling system" and not a "pipe". As far as my knowledge concerns, a pipe is not hanging loose in a car. All pipes are connected to something and forms part of a system as it is CONNECTED. So we had to pay for the damages of a pipe and cancel M'Sure who is already paid 2 years in advance. What a joke! Car dealers must inform their clients beforehand of these type of devious technicality. We are living in a world where people gets ripped off every chance there is an opportunity. Its ridiculous! You are paid to render a service. Not to get paid in full and NOT deliver! Really NOT impressed with this company. Both my partner has insurance with them, but no one wants to be insured with technical scams.
I only rated 1star cause there is no ZERO star rating option. My review is specifically wrt PEUGEOT GEORGE, management and customer service. I am completely appalled by their level of etiquette and service delivery. My partner bought a second hand Peugeot 308 GTi from them which was supposed to be seen as a "quality used vehichle." MASSIVE LIE TOLD BY THE COMPANY. My partner only drove almost a month, then the car started giving issues. The car was apparently fixed. 4 months after that a pipe broke. Then insurance only covered the "cooling system" but not a pipe. As if there are loose pipes in a car.MSure (insurance) he already paid 24months in advance and was initially suggested by the dealer refused to assist due because apparently the pipe is something on its own, even if it is part of a cooling system (what???) Such a waste of money, Msure!! Now when the loose pipe had to be fixed as technicality did not cover the pipe, we had to pay for the damages. This office in George did NOTHING to assist us and basically told him that they cannot guarantee that a "quality used vehicle" won't give clients a problem one month of using it. This is totally disgusting, I feel. This is a rip off and the consultants at that office is rude, sarcastic and condescending. They made us feel stupid with all their technicality and basically offered NO assistance in helping us with this mess. DIDN'T EVEN OFFER A COURTESY CAR. How can a client be covered with MSure and not even get a courtesy car but it was the best cover according to the dealer initially? Peugeot offered a courtesy car after I started becoming frustrated with their poor service. My partner refused the courtesy car after two weeks when they offered because it was after we laid a complaint with head office. Their manager still refused to assist with proper guidance when my partner stated that he does not want that Peugeot 308 anymore, becuase he did not want to drive a FAULTY used vehicle. But the manager told him that he will not give his money back and he must trade that car if he likes. In other words, they will NOT assist him with this FAULTY used vehicle other than trading it for another Peugeot. Like are these people even serious??? Are you not supposed to be have a right to return a damaged purchase within a certain period if it gives you NOTHING but issues and more financial obligations?? Even their head office renders no support or feedback. We will definitely NEVER partner with Peugeot and will definitely reiterate this to others. I wish I was able to rate Peugeot a negative on ALL platforms! I am a proud FORD owner purchased from AutoPedigree:Strand and I have never seen this level of subliminal disrespect when asked for assistance from my dealer! Also, we had to wait and be inconvenienced for three weeks now, and they STILL didn't fix this pipe issue and in the meantime other issues also apparently came out of their "repairs". My partner also saw the vehicle driving around while being "repaired" and that after he was told the car cannot be driven. Now the car has a gasket problem after it was driven which ALSO have to be fixed now. I honestly cannot believe these people's audacity to oppress their clients like this.
