Just No
Extremely disappointed with the service I've received from TEFL Universal. While their website made it easy to sign up and pay for their courses, the administrative support has been abysmal. Requesting administrative assistance is a pain as chances are very good that you will be met with radio silence or delayed responses. It's taken an inordinate amount of time to process even the simplest administrative tasks, causing frustration and delays !!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with SAQA for my degree verification letter, the entire process was seamless. From start to finish, SAQA adhered to the deadlines and provided the exact information they outlined on their website. It was refreshing to experience such efficiency and transparency. I highly recommend others who need assistance from SAQA to carefully read the instructions available on their website—doing so ensures a smooth and hassle-free process. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and will certainly turn to SAQA again if needed.

Stay away
I wish there was a zero rating as this place does not even deserve a one star! I called them and the lady at reception dropped the phone in my ear! I tried calling back and my call was deliberately ignored! If this is how they treat customers over the phone I am scared to find out how they treat guests that stay over.

Extremely Dissatisfied
Honestly, I wish there was a zero rating, because giving them a one star is a terrible reach. In the last 24 hours we tried contacting them on ALL social media platforms and the only responds we got was one generic email. We placed an order with them for a course, but never received the content we ALREADY paid for. After multiple attemps of contacting them we receive one useless generic email.

Please stay away
Unfortunately I had to give 1 star because there was not a lower option. Thanks World Remit, because of you I will pretty soon be homeless, without a car and food. Thanks for your pathetic service. I know you will never read this review but hopefully other viewers will learn from this use another money transfer company.

Pathetic
This might seem like a stupid question but does anyone know if someone actually works for this college as they clearly don’t have the common decency to respond to emails. Oh and don’t even bother calling them cause you get transferred from the one operator to the next.
