Extremely disappointed with the service I've received from TEFL Universal. While their website made it easy to sign up and pay for their courses, the administrative support has been abysmal.

Requesting administrative assistance is a pain as chances are very good that you will be met with radio silence or delayed responses. It's taken an inordinate amount of time to process even the simplest administrative tasks, causing frustration and delays !!
