My name is Maureen Serwalo, and I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I received at your store.On 11 March 2026, I purchased a pair of soccer shoes (size 5) for my son from your store. Unfortunately, after wearing the shoes for the first time, my son developed blisters on his feet the following day (12 March 2026). As a concerned parent, I returned to the store to explain the situation and seek assistance.However, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff member who attended to me, Ms Makgawase, was very rude and unhelpful. She did not show any willingness to assist or provide a solution to the problem. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and to receive assistance in resolving the issue.This experience was upsetting, and I believe customers deserve professional and respectful service when raising concerns about a product.I kindly request that the matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken.
