Refund

I placed an order with them ,the size was too big . I then reorderd a size down . I went to the store to return the other order and I was given a runaround about my refund . I was told to do the return online which I did. I was told the driver will come to collect the order but didn’t come. I have been sending email to remind them but no one is answering me. I have few days left based on thier return policy . I need my refund back and come take your item. Your customer service is bad, very bad . You care about money coming in and not going out.
