A very unhappy customer

Almost 2 months now and have not recieved my order, they told me supliers were behind but then why take my money? I need that money to get from somewhere else, but they don't pic up the phone, Also over busy season so i lost alot of business. Not happy at all, you can not take some ones money if you dont have the item in stock.
