Bad customer service

I'm very disappointed with this guy he cane to my house to fix our 55inch jvc tv hardly a month after fixing my tv backlight is still broken what ****es me the most when we call him he promised to come and fix it the following day it's been 3/weeks still not yet come it very painful to explain to a 6 year old why our tv is not playing worse we are paying multichoice for free now he is not answering our phones or returning our calll not sure what to do anymore all I want is my tv to be fixed or get refunded my money.
