Telecom service is terrible

Telecom I would not recommend to anyone The service is terrible. 3 January 2024 took a contract on Hawaii nova 11i. However debit order was to go off February 2024 As the contract stipulated payment will only go off the following month. But I was unaware of and my debit went of end of January 2024. Which came unpaid. My phn was cut of for 2 weeks and I was told to pay a penalty and the installment plus interest which costed me R2200. Till today No1 has contacted me to update on my progress on the complain made with telecom Can someone help... Regards kishmeta pillay.
