I experienced a very bad service in this Vodacom store in Pan Africa mall Alexandra. I still ask myself why do Vodacom keep useless store like this with consultants who do not have customer service at heart. I went to the store more than three times because my number was successfully migrated from Contract to Prepaid so I needed to Rica. These consultants including the store manager kept on telling me that my number was locked and they couldn't do anything with that. I expected them to go extra mile like emailing the exclusions@vodacom.co.za and request them to release the number. One of the consultant gave me a very bad attitude and she even told me that she always tell people not to use their Vodacom number for tokens if happens they work for Vodacom. I have worked for Vodacom in Prepaid department and I have heard customers complaining about the bad services they get at Vodacom stores and I have never thought that I would get one in my life. This particular store for me is a useless one with useless consultants who like to make noise with fellow colleagues in the mall. I found the entire staff to be very unprofessional and unwilling to assist customers. I wish Vodacom team can visit the store and see how things are done here. These people have systems but they can not use them to assist customers. Its manager Unathi is one of the attitude queens I have ever seen. So my big question is why Vodacom has these shops with limited access to assist customers? I want to tell you that I was very frustrated because my number stopped to work from the 29 Many 2025 till this month. Nothing had been done by this store to assist. I really expect Vodacom to do better than this as I was really not happy with the service. I am extremely disappointed at Vodacom please fix this.
