Pocket Router and sim card not delivered since 09 December 2025, being transferred from pillar to post and calls getting dropped on my ears, this is not like am asking for this router for free, all the sales consultants are full of attitude, I am really angry and that's why I write to Hello Peter, I sent an email last month to complain about this and no one responded instead I was asked to call the client services of which no one is helping, please intervene before I go to social media, when I sent a complaint I was given the ref number 512120963

They are the most unreliable telecommunications company around with the worst after sales and technical services you can imagine. I'm without a signal on a daily basis and they shape your speeds or can't maintain contractual speeds. Complaining is useless. It makes no difference. There is just one solution. Use someone else

I experienced a very bad service in this Vodacom store in Pan Africa mall Alexandra. I still ask myself why do Vodacom keep useless store like this with consultants who do not have customer service at heart. I went to the store more than three times because my number was successfully migrated from Contract to Prepaid so I needed to Rica. These consultants including the store manager kept on telling me that my number was locked and they couldn't do anything with that. I expected them to go extra mile like emailing the exclusions@vodacom.co.za and request them to release the number. One of the consultant gave me a very bad attitude and she even told me that she always tell people not to use their Vodacom number for tokens if happens they work for Vodacom. I have worked for Vodacom in Prepaid department and I have heard customers complaining about the bad services they get at Vodacom stores and I have never thought that I would get one in my life. This particular store for me is a useless one with useless consultants who like to make noise with fellow colleagues in the mall. I found the entire staff to be very unprofessional and unwilling to assist customers. I wish Vodacom team can visit the store and see how things are done here. These people have systems but they can not use them to assist customers. Its manager Unathi is one of the attitude queens I have ever seen. So my big question is why Vodacom has these shops with limited access to assist customers? I want to tell you that I was very frustrated because my number stopped to work from the 29 Many 2025 till this month. Nothing had been done by this store to assist. I really expect Vodacom to do better than this as I was really not happy with the service. I am extremely disappointed at Vodacom please fix this.

I had a contract for WITH MTN FOR PAST TWO YEARS, I was approached again by MNT agent to inform me by nu upgrade, I signed again and I was told that I will pay even lesser this time, to my suprise I was billed down the amount. MTN stole my money and 🙏 other poeple beware of MTN.

Elite Mobile are crocks that maybe me renew vodacom contract on misrepresented information. Pretending to be confirming my information and when I tried to query the supervisor dropped the call on me. When they call they don't ask if it the right time to speak to you.

We use Nxatel for our land lines at work and we work very good with the company especially Kgaogelo he always deliver everytime when we want help,he is very good with communicating with clients

Hi just to let the public know please don't ever waste your time using vumatel as your Fibre provider.When u require a tech to come over it takes days for a tech to come and fix the fault.The call centre always busy .The service stinks.
