I bought property at the Bronx, I will tell you this I am extremely unhappy about that purchase. If i could turn back the hands of time I would and not buy. The electricity cost are ridiculous, the CSI that manages the levies, thier billing system is a problem. You ask for help and get now to understand why they be charging extra. make extra payments those balances will not be brought forward. I mean it is a messy they making leaving there hell. I stay closer to the dust bins, I do not think they fumigate enough. my place gets infested with roches and flies. If you decide to buy do it at your own risk. Rather rent first and get the feel of the place first.
I regret the day i signed the papers to buy at the Bronx one of Cosmopolitan projects. there are so many issues in that building but the one that tops it is the electricity issue and even when you report requesting assistance they do not help. you are sent from pillar to post, currently my electricity bill for one day is 184 lapho i do not even turn on the geyser i use a gas stove since we didn't have electricity for close to 2 weeks. what a worst please do not buy there.
Elite Mobile are crocks that maybe me renew vodacom contract on misrepresented information. Pretending to be confirming my information and when I tried to query the supervisor dropped the call on me. When they call they don't ask if it the right time to speak to you.
Today I bought a bus ticket from pmb to jhb through the fnb app. So I waited for confirmation on my email and I never received. I decided to call them as the last time when this happened I got blamed and never received my thousand back. Within a hour i called so to inform them that I did not receive any notification. My calls when straight to voice mail. So I left a voice mailing telling them I need assistance. They decide to call after 12 mind you the bus was meant to depart at 11:35 and I couldn't go because there was no ticket. When I chat with them they say I must ask for my refund from cityliner. My question to them when u call these bus call center they request a reference number beig you ticket what will I say since I don't have one even if I had it too late now. Like these people are ******* straight I'm tired of being ****med by the so called reputable companies. They don't even account for their actions I'm missed shame
I have been trying to cancel my mobile contract with them and they are not answering my calls and when i did a walk in on one of thier stores they say that responsibility to cancel was taken from them. So basically i am now forced to pay for services i no longer need and i feel these telecommunications company do this on purpose
Yoh regret taking a contract with Telkom, I have trying to cancel it but their calls never go through if you are lucky to get someone they refer you to another that will not assist. even when you need help with something these people are no where to be found.
