Worst telecommunications company when it comes to reliability of signal, agreed line speed effered and after sales service. And thise are the main 3 parameters when evaluating a telecommunications company. They just can't deliver as promised. And its hopeless. Ive been on their case for a very very long time. Just do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague. There's absolutely nothing you can do to fix them
Very bad service delivery. Eratic signal. Unreliable service. Unable to deliver on contracted speeds. After sales service shockingly bad. To log a complaint is nearly if not completely impossible. They claim to have a 24 hr service..you vant contact them. At any hour. They dont call you back. They dont respons to complaints. On their website you speak to useless and *********** computers. Just avoid them completely. Loke the plague. You can't fix this company. Go somewhere else. I intend to

I'm without a signal on a daily basis and they shape your speeds or can't maintain contractual speeds. Complaining is useless. It makes no difference. There is just one solution. Use someone else

I used to have problems with Buffalo but they have improved so much that they are near a 5 star rating. I just want to use them a view more times to confirm that
Initially the service was great. Handed my vehicle over. Inspection done. No problems. 2 weeks later deposit is due back and suddenly the vehicle has apparently hael damage. Remember the inspection with handover was fine. Inspection when receiving the vehicle too. Now they want me to pay for damage that occurred after they were handed the vehicle. I don't think that wil stand up in court. I'll see them there. R10K PLUS DAMAGE? That they didn't see with their handover inspection? That's pure *****.
Very bad service delivery. I wouldn't recommend them. They've automated everything and this system is misbehaving so you can't get things done at the moment. And it seems like they're lost the ability to deal with it
Internet company with NO AFTER SALES SERVICE You log a complaint. They just don't tend to it. Don't call you. If you want to log another complaint they tell you to wait 24 hrs for them to tend to your 1st complaint....which is weeks old. So they block any new complaints. Only the first one is valid....and they just nebmver tend to it. So you can just as well delete the app because you don't have access. And they won't call you. If you call them they want you to run around your house with the rooter like we used to do with the bunny trials to get a decent signal. What self respecting service provider works like that. This is how they react 1) reboot your rooter 2) plug out your router and plug it in somewhere else 3) try 4G 4) oh, sorry. Your tower is off. Please move your router to a window that points in another direction. 5) your tower is off Wait till it comes back on EVERY NIGHT AT PEAK HOUR? REALLY?😄
They over value the vehicle they want to ensure so that they can load the premium
