It is legal for a debt company get hold of your personal details eg Sanlam/Direct axis loans u was not notified as per the POPIA act personal info should not be disclosed was referred to VVM debt collectors. U Make payments everymonth they still call u everyday for payments.This is just annoying they way this ****** operate. .
Hi just to let the public know please don't ever waste your time using vumatel as your Fibre provider.When u require a tech to come over it takes days for a tech to come and fix the fault.The call centre always busy .The service stinks.
Hi I have wrote up numerous times concerning my RA.This company u can never get hold of them.on the phone and the feedback on emails is pathetic.
Taken a new contract was advised by a sales consultant regarding misinformed info.did send them.emails and phone calls it takes some time to get professional feedback. Would not recommend this company to any clients in the future.
i want to share my bad experience with the N&R dept in Durban.Two consultants were abrupt and rude on rhe phone.This is not acceptable and disgusting behaviour coming from the staff of Nedbank.

Hi i have taken a loan with Sanlam/Direct axis-i have been.paying them.everymonth-I was not informed the account was handed over to Norman bissets and Attorneys. Made arrangements with them.payments is done everymonth and i have proof of all payments and statements All.of a sudden i get a call.from.this Sigma Sa cape town which i was not notfied woth the poppy act i dont know how they got my personal details -i must t pay them .Yetthe account is stillwith norman bissets &attorney's. Sigma Sa is a damn annoying company calls u every minute when i sent emails explaining to them.
Hi Please note i have IT problems with company. These IT problems just escalate buy they cannot fix the problem. The service u get from them.it stinks.Incompetent Idiots who knows absolutely nothing to fix the problem-i even explain the problem and sent them screenshots..Dint even get a phone call back or replies by emails.
Hi i am.very unsatisfied with the service of Pnet.i have called a few times to the technical support team and i have sent several emails concerning my query.They will.open a ticket but cannot fix the problem and than close the ticket.U cannot get hold of them sitting on.the phone.They never call.u back.Pathetic services.
Hello Peter my concerns regarding to unfair business practices . i was residing at Gordon Oval -florida glen for 7 yrs .The rent was paid to the Agents who is Status Mark-Rent a property.-Ruimsig -Helderkruin ( Natasha Cooke - current Rental Portfolio Manager ) the last 3 yrs i did not renew my lease agreement, so i went on a month to month basis.I did give notice on the 04th November 2020 to the agents that i am moving out end of November 2020 because we found an affordable place to rent.But the agents sent me a final quotation on in the month of November 2020 .With regards to my deposit refund .I expected the agents to refund my deposit of R12286,26 with interests but they decided not to refund my deposit and took the deposit with interest and used it up for the dec rents .According to my least agreement the agents was not supposed to used my deposit for dec rent.I have handed this matter to the rental tribunal for further investigation. We no longer stay there in thos complex as a surprise we get a threatning letter on emails in Jan 2021 that we owe them a further R8197.48 which was a write off balance on the deposit refund in November 2020 .It states if we dont pay it we will.be handed over ITC listing / credit bureaus . -as we dont owe them any money further , this extortion and fraud.
