As a South African I'm kind of used to not receiving top quality service, pretty much comes with the territory. However, never in my life have I ever had the misfortune of dealing with a company so poorly run. I wasted two days waiting for a repairman to come around and sort out my screen, all the while never being updated once by them, if I wanted to be clued in, I had to be the one to make the call, even at the end of the day when they knew no one was coming around to sort out my screen. By the end of the second day I was obviously livered and wanted to know how was it possible that someone such as myself, who was next in line for service the day prior, was now last in line the day after... the response I got was shocking, I was told to get someone else to service me and then the guy hung up! Absolutely disgusting!
