Tempted clothing- Be really really careful

I am very very disappointed in Tempted Clothing's service, I say service because the business is run like a scam. I hope this time my review doesn't get deleted. But it's been 9 months in the waiting, speaking to a human being behind WhatsApp saying the previous human being behind WhatsApp was 'let go', culminating in a WhatsApp about the inability to refund or give the orders. I am seeking legal recourse because I paid, and it seems the company was still taking orders even in July, knowing their 'position' full well.
