Tempted Clothing - Scam

Tempted Clothing is a big scam retail company. I have read some of the latest reviews and their story is similar to mine. I have ordered 3 items worth atleast R2100 three months ago and they kept sending messages to say the have issues with customs and because of all the covid regulations. They promised me a free gift, thanking me for my patience which I endured the last few months and I told them it ok as long as they guarantee me that I will get the order. So I received the following update recently : We regret to inform you that Tempted Clothing Pty Ltd has ceased trading due to it's financial position. We are unfortunately unable to honor any outstanding orders or refunds and sincerely apologize therefore. Then Cutting me off and do not answer the phone when I call the WhatsApp number. Meanwhile they was also advertising on Instagram and Facebook this last 3 months still taking peoples orders and money. That is called FRAUD. Should we as customers just write our money off ? Should we be victims of fraudsters. I know my rights according to the consumers act. I have also published this review to Carte blanche. If nothing comes of it , at least I have tried. I also warned people on Facebook about new. online companies . Make sure they are legit.
