On Monday 25 May 2026 around 19h00, the courier company Buffalo Logistics collected my complete return package, and I received an official proof of collection (BUFEX825021440NYQ).However, Temu is now refusing my refund by claiming that all items are missing from the parcel. I handed over every single item directly to driver Maria Dovo, meaning any missing inventory was lost or mishandled after the courier took physical possession of my goods.I have attempted to resolve this through Ellie, a senior problem-solving specialist at Temu (Ticket ID 1779819158184988) but met with cold and uncaring rejections. It is entirely unfair to penalize a consumer for a logistics failure that occurred within Temu's own supply chain. I demand that Temu immediately review my case, investigate their courier partner, and issue my full refund to my original payment method.
