Excellent tour guide on the big cats experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious he had a real connection with the animals. The enclosures were large enough and the animals seemed content. Obviously we would always prefer that animals are in the wild but in cases where they cannot be rehabilitated then Tenikwa offers a good level of care. . We would definitely go again.

My daughter of 1 year and 6 months and son of 3 years went with us on this outing. We barely started walking trough the park, when we were repremanded by the guide that the children can not raise their voices, even slightly. After the first instance of my daughter getting a bit vocal, the guide asked us to take her out. One of us had to leave to baby sit accordingly. We were not even offered a refund. This feedback is to avoid others having the same problem. Honesty around children would have been appreciated from the onset, before paying for the tour. This is not the picture painted on their catalogue. Yours sincerely, Furious parent.
