Excellent tour guide on the big cats experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious he had a real connection with the animals. The enclosures were large enough and the animals seemed content. Obviously we would always prefer that animals are in the wild but in cases where they cannot be rehabilitated then Tenikwa offers a good level of care. . We would definitely go again.
We booked a car hire through holiday autos and paid in advance. We then learned that they had sub contracted the hire to Europcars. Europcars have the worst customer service and made fraudulent transactions on my credit card. They charged me for refuelling and admin fees which were fraudulent and took ZAR 11,215.57 in deposit when they assured me it as a hold rather than a charge. When I approached holiday autos for help they washed their hands of the matter. We won’t use either company again.
Lovely venue but the food was a little bland. A little disappointed as we were expecting more flavour to the dishes. It was edible though and the surroundings were nice.
We were visiting from the U.K. and stayed the night in Jeffrey’s Bay. We needed somewhere to eat at short notice and tried Nina’s. The food was amazing, huge portions, and the atmosphere was brilliant. I wish we had places like it in the U.K. people of Jeffrey’s Bay, you are very lucky!!
. ⛔️ do not use⛔️ hired a car with then via holiday autos from Cape Town airport. Collected it on 14/11 and was told a “hold” would be put on my credit card as a deposit and would definitely NOT taken from my account. Lo and behold they took £520.06 the same day which meant I was also charged foreign transaction fees. I had to contact eurocar many times to find out why they took this money and had lied but they didn’t answer the question. They eventually refunded most of the deposit but took £18 for refuelling. The car was returned full and this was confirmed with the agent who checked the car in . It is a scam and fraud to charge for refuelling a vehicle which was returned full. No evidence of refuelling has been provided and I suspect that the car was driven around by staff after I dropped it off. My sister was in a similar position with Europcar at the same time and received notification of her Europcar rental vehicle speeding 2 hours after she dropped it off. I can only imagine staff were driving around on the fuel we paid for. Do not trust this company. The matter is now in the hands of the fraud department of my credit card company.
