Poor service, misrepresentation and poor quality

Misrepresentation and poor service: This company is not transparent on their website. I placed an order express with the website stating that the order would be dispatched between 4 to 7 days. When I queried after 7 days, I was notified that the goods would be sent from Spain to the Netherlands and then via the South African post office! After l made querying and 6 weeks later, I finally collected it at the Post Office. I had to pay a fee for the foreign item which cost me an additional R214!. I'm so angry. The quality of the goods suck too!
