<p>Tent a Toria, what a teriible customer experience. They are so unfriendly as if they do you a favour doing busines with you. They caused damages to my tent and denied everything. i even picked up the part of the broken leg in their shop and they still denied any laibility. Do not take your tent to them. </p>

<p>I was referred to Tentatoria by Lynnwood Trailers & Campworld to have a new flysheet made for my tent. I contacted Rendie from Tentatoria telephonically on her cellphone ********** 890 on 16/03/2017 to enquire about a cover sheet for my tent. I needed it on 4 /04/2017. She indicated that it might be tuugh but that she will try. On 17/03/217 I handed my tent in with Marius at Tentatoria and made a payment of R650 after accpeting the quotation. I emailed the proof to Marius. I also indicated to Marius to call me should they nmot be finished in time. Since then have I made 18 calls from my cellphone and 2 calls from my office line to Tentatoria. Both Marius and Rendie promised to call me back, but have failed to do so to date. On 30/03/2017 the failed to even answer their landline and Rendie were the only one answering her cellphone. such behaviour is unmacceptable and it is clear that they do not care about customer service and nor have they heard the word. Taking my money is good enough. such action is a clear indication of the caliber/type of person that you are dealing with. I am still without a tent and is now tired of calling.</p>

I Paid in full for them to make me 2 patient hoist slings. I sent the measurements and pics of what it should look like. I sent proof of payment and confirmed also via phone that they did get payment. It was explained that its urgent and that the patient has cancer and needs the slings. I was promised that they will make it after the easter weekend. I called at least once a week and everytime there is a different excuse. They are rude over the phone when i ask what the progress is on the goods, they were supposed to make and already received payment for. One excuse was that they got another big order in to make tents and when they are finished they will attend to my request. I feel that is unacceptable because i also paid for same service and just because its not thousands of rands it seems as if my order was pushed aside. The patient needs the slings for the hoist as she cant so anything for herself anymore due to cancer...this was explained...but excuses is all that i get...no service...only rude excuses. When i said that i want to come and collect the material i was asked if they must order it for me. I paid for the material and for them to make it. Its been more than a month!!!
