Severe Review Report on Terrific Flooring - Owned by Ozayr Shaik (aka Uzzi)

I would like to share my highly disappointing experience with Terrific Flooring, a company owned by Ozayr Shaik (also known as Uzzi). My goal is to provide a warning to others before engaging in business with this company. Below is a detailed account of my experience:

1. Unfulfilled Payment for Services Despite paying for a flooring job in full upfront, the project was never completed. I trusted Terrific Flooring with the payment and expected them to deliver as agreed. However, no work was done, and the funds were taken without providing the promised services.

2. Constant Delays with No Clear Timeline The project, which had an initial start and end date, was repeatedly delayed. Communication was extremely inconsistent throughout the process, with no clear timeline provided. Calls and messages were often ignored, and when responses were received, they were vague, offering no real explanation or accountability for the delays.

3. Lack of Delivery Despite Payments Made Despite making several payments for the job, the work was not delivered as promised. I was left with no service and no refund, which demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and business ethics.

4. Overreliance on Outsourced Labour It became apparent that Terrific Flooring heavily relies on outsourced labour, which leads to further complications. The lack of oversight and quality control in managing external workers contributed to the overall inefficiency and failure of the project. As a customer, I expected a level of professionalism and consistency that simply wasn’t there.

5. Inconsistent and Poor Communication One of the most frustrating aspects of working with Terrific Flooring was the consistently poor communication. Whether it was for setting expectations, giving updates, or providing assistance, communication was either non-existent or extremely delayed. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable for any business, let alone one that deals with customer service on a regular basis.

6. Broken Promise of a Refund After the project failed to proceed, Ozayr Shaik (Uzzi) promised that he would refund my deposit. Despite repeated assurances, I have yet to receive the refund. This broken promise further highlights the unprofessionalism and lack of integrity of the business. It's clear that once payment was made, Terrific Flooring had no intention of fulfilling their commitments.

Conclusion and Warning to Others My experience with Terrific Flooring has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would advise anyone considering this company for their flooring needs to proceed with extreme caution. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, failure to deliver on promises, and the failure to refund the deposit makes them a risky choice for anyone needing reliable flooring services.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others who may consider doing business with Terrific Flooring. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.
