Horrible experience Dealt with them about 2 years ago - he did my flooring in my new house - seamless Then in March 2025 - I got a call to say my flooring is discontinued and I should by some extras I then called Ozayr Shaik to quote me to repair my decking Said he can give me a special If I paid 70% deposit I paid about R12000 to him and then the stories began. First it was Eid, then the flooring not drying, then the weather. There were excuses for over 3 months and then a promise of a refund and nothing 9 months later. Sad that someone you trust and portrays themselves as God-fearing - robs people of their hard earned money! Please warn others in your communities

****MER - Terrific Flooring
Please do not do business with Ozayr from Terrific floors. He quoted me R9k to do laminate flooring and persuaded me to pay in all the money as he had to pay the factory to deliver the flooring. This was on the 16 April 2025. he had all sort of excuses when it came to installation. He would setup dates for installation and not keep the appointments. I am battling for the last 2 months for a refund. Every day is a different excuse and to date no refund has taken place. Do not part with any money when it comes to dealing with him. He was referred to me by someone on the community groups. I dread everyday that i actually met and dealt with him. He has caused me undue stress and I will be laying a ***** charge against him and reporting this company to my bank to flag as a ****mer.

Unfulfilled Payment for Services Despite paying for a flooring job in full upfront, the project was never completed. I trusted Terrific Flooring with the payment and expected them to deliver as agreed. However, no work was done, and the funds were taken without providing the promised services. 2. Constant Delays with No Clear Timeline The project, which had an initial start and end date, was repeatedly delayed. Communication was extremely inconsistent throughout the process, with no clear timeline provided. Calls and messages were often ignored, and when responses were received, they were vague, offering no real explanation or accountability for the delays. 3. Lack of Delivery Despite Payments Made Despite making several payments for the job, the work was not delivered as promised. I was left with no service and no refund, which demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and business ethics. 4. Overreliance on Outsourced Labour It became apparent that Terrific Flooring heavily relies on outsourced labour, which leads to further complications. The lack of oversight and quality control in managing external workers contributed to the overall inefficiency and failure of the project. As a customer, I expected a level of professionalism and consistency that simply wasn’t there. 5. Inconsistent and Poor Communication One of the most frustrating aspects of working with Terrific Flooring was the consistently poor communication. Whether it was for setting expectations, giving updates, or providing assistance, communication was either non-existent or extremely delayed. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable for any business, let alone one that deals with customer service on a regular basis. 6. Broken Promise of a Refund After the project failed to proceed, Ozayr Shaik (Uzzi) promised that he would refund my deposit. Despite repeated assurances, I have yet to receive the refund. This broken promise further highlights the unprofessionalism and lack of integrity of the business. It's clear that once payment was made, Terrific Flooring had no intention of fulfilling their commitments. Conclusion and Warning to Others My experience with Terrific Flooring has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would advise anyone considering this company for their flooring needs to proceed with extreme caution. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, failure to deliver on promises, and the failure to refund the deposit makes them a risky choice for anyone needing reliable flooring services. Hi I used this company for flooring blinds and curtains in my apartment they gave me and excellent quote and most importantly communicated with me throughout the entire installation and did a wonderful job very highly recommended I'll advise to use this company thanks for all your efforts
