Horrible experience Dealt with them about 2 years ago - he did my flooring in my new house - seamless Then in March 2025 - I got a call to say my flooring is discontinued and I should by some extras I then called Ozayr Shaik to quote me to repair my decking Said he can give me a special If I paid 70% deposit I paid about R12000 to him and then the stories began. First it was Eid, then the flooring not drying, then the weather. There were excuses for over 3 months and then a promise of a refund and nothing 9 months later. Sad that someone you trust and portrays themselves as God-fearing - robs people of their hard earned money! Please warn others in your communities
Was buying something on Sunday and noticed a basket full of items with a sign stating hot deals. None of the items had reduced price stickers. Looked for someone to assist but two staff members were playing with a robot toy instead of assisting customers. After numerous attempts, they responded when their colleague at the till called them. When they came over, the attitude was as if we disturbed them. The woman was rude and just walked away while we were chatting. When I asked how much an item cost, the man advised me that I would have to take the item to the till to see and that some were not actually reduced but there in error - which they should have sorted instead of playing with the toys. I called for the manager and asked him why the items were not marked with a reduced price. He said that they are not allowed to put a reduced price sticker and the price on the item is the reduced price. By this time I had handed the teller an item marked for R49.90 and she told me that the reduced price is R29.90. So I told the manager that he was talking shit & that he should know what's going on in his shop. I said I will report this to h/o and he became aggressive claiming I swore at him
About 1.5 weeks ago I visited the Virgin active Bedfordview .When I got home I realized I forgot a pair of shoes in the locker - deep in the shoe recess. I called immediately & was told by the receptionist that she can't go into the male change rooms. So I suggested sending a male as one would expect. Without hearing any conversation with someone else, I was told the locker was used & they will have to check once the club closed. I called the next morning and was told that they cannot reveal if anything was sent to lost and found - I must come in person to check. A friend went to check & there was nothing. I called to speak to the manager & had to speak to a 2nd in charge who said she will inform the manager. I called the next day & the manager Shelly said she will investigate & come back to me . The next day I visited the club & again I was told that the manager will contact me - still waiting . I accept that it's my responsibility to check my stuff but I find that the staff did not help prevent theft - possibly even by their staff. It's the principle of telling someone that you will call them back & never do. Your line - How can I move you ? - try how can I move myself to help!
