My daughter (8years) bought a pottery clay kit (R300) with her own money today at toys R us. This kit does not work the way it shows on all the pictures. It turns very slow and sometime doesn't turn at all. We bought the right batteries. Witch also costs us money. She was so exited but very disappointed with this product. I would like to know if the CEO or product developer was proud of this product when they "launched" it. I'm so sad for all the kids who got this for instance for their birthday. I can't take it back because store policies states that it must be unopened.

MIDAS BENONI ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I ASKED POLITLY FOR THEM TO ASSIST ME IM CHANGING MY CAR BREAK GLOBE. I WAS TOLD STRAIGHT OUT NO. WHEN I ASKED THAT THEY DID IT FOR ME LAAT YEAR AND THE AFRICAN MAN SEND NO STRAIGHT OUT. THEN I SAID WHERES YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BARE IN MIND THE ONE GUY WALKED OUT TO ASSIST TO FIT A BATTERY FOR A CUSTOMER. INDIAN MAN SHOUTED AT ME AND CHASED ME OUT THE SHOP. I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER, WILL POST ON HELLO PETER ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! TO TREAT A WOMEN LIKE THIS IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. I received a DEFECTIVE Reggies Garage Lot track for my Sons 4th birthday as a gift. I told the manager that the product is defective and has a flaw as the pieces of the track have no way of fitting together or to the garage lot part of the whole toy, still he could not do anything without the slip. I went on to explain that it is a defective product, they have taken the money for a product that does not work at all, or cannot be put together or used, he said i needed to phone customer service and ask them how they can help me, but theres nothing he can do. Not being a first time buyer of anything, i had the previous day already attempted to contact customer service, via phone and email, to no avail. after phoning customer service for Toys R us twice and being on hold (not even getting through to anyone) for almost an HOUR each call, i then sent off the email, again to no avail. I am disgusted that a store i shop at frequently, cannot assist with a defect product, even after their staff themselves tried to assemble it and couldnt because of the defective items inside, but i am told Sorry no, keep the defective product, we will keep the money unless you have a slip. This particular item which i received 2 of as gifts for my son are still on shelves and being sold even though they are defective. They will happily take the money however will not refund nevermind even exchange a DEFECTIVE product.

I was looking for Hopping ball for kids that was advertised for Pick n pay special for R99.99. Couldn't find it there as they haven"t received stock. I have found the exact item at the same price at Reggies toy store. They have such a big variety of different toys. After all I came out with more toys at a reasonable and good special prise. I was very impressed and some friendly personell served me with advice on the items.

Reggie's unwilling to assist if you live in the new age with digital medical aid card. The manager is busy with a stock take and not willing to assist and I must come back another day. How pathetic is that? Will not ve supporting them with any future baby needs.
