• I paid for a flooring job that was never completed. • The project start and end dates were repeatedly delayed with inconsistent communication. • Despite making payments, the work was not delivered as promised. • The business appears to rely on outsourced labor without transparency regarding staff or direct contacts. • Images on the website and WhatsApp catalog appear to be stock photos rather than actual completed projects. • Communication was limited to WhatsApp, with no formal emails or proper documentation. • The listed business address does not match the actual location of operations. • I experienced pressure to make additional payments before work was completed. • The pricing seems competitive at first, but this is a tactic to secure business without following through.
