BONCAP TAX CERTIFICATE delayed. How long does it take the tax dept at Boncap to correct the tax certificate. Logged multiple calls and spoke to many agents to no avail. You are delaying my submissions of my tax return. Please resolve ASAP. My wifes medical aid number is 27705201943
My wife placed an order on the AP on Saturday the 05 July for stuff from Calisto's Cresta. The driver Tomas collected the order and then called to advise he cannot find our address. on checking the app, he was located in the next street. After many conversations with him to direct him correctly, he refused to come and requested I come to his location. I mentioned to him that I am unable to drive as had a surgical procedure. He said and i quote "that is not my problem" He was a very rude and arrogant driver and made no attempt to try and get the stuff delivered. I finally managed to get my nephew to take to the garage and when arrived he was not there. i tried calling him several times and he would not answer or answer and not respond. He eventually took a pic and posted on the APP that he delivered the stuff. The APP status changed to delivered but i did not receive my stuff. It gets even worse with the call centre who are just as *********** as the Uber drivers. We logged queries via the APP and they keep on getting resolved. I keep on updating my query on the APP to no avail. This is unacceptable UBEREATS. I want my refund urgently.

He has blocked me on Whatsapp and does not take my calls. I have been to the police station to lay a ***** charge against him.
Please do not do business with Ozayr from Terrific floors. He quoted me R9k to do laminate flooring and persuaded me to pay in all the money as he had to pay the factory to deliver the flooring. This was on the 16 April 2025. he had all sort of excuses when it came to installation. He would setup dates for installation and not keep the appointments. I am battling for the last 2 months for a refund. Every day is a different excuse and to date no refund has taken place. Do not part with any money when it comes to dealing with him. He was referred to me by someone on the community groups. I dread everyday that i actually met and dealt with him. He has caused me undue stress and I will be laying a ***** charge against him and reporting this company to my bank to flag as a ****mer.
Lufunohandymanservices/pool services. Received a quote from the company after providing all the necessary info to repair my pool. cost of material was R7613 which I paid upfront to him. He came out to do work and then advised he needed to re quote. the re-quote was R44k which was way out of my budget. I told him so and he said ok he will refund my money after returning the materials to the supplier. He kept on advising he is awaiting the pool store management. After a week when i advised him i do not want any more excuses and he needs to pay me. He stopped responding to my WhatsApp and did not take any of my calls. He has the nerve to read my messages but not reply. Its been three weeks now and still no response from him. DO NOT TRUST HIM. HE HAS TAKEN ME FOR A RIDE FOR R7613. I will be engaging with the small claims court to recover my funds.
Bonitas medical aid i am at my wits end. After calling your call centre 11 times today and every time i am told to hold on after giving my details and explaining my issue, the call drops and apparently your agents do not have the option to call a customer back. How long does it take for you to do a warranty repair? handed in my vacuum cleaner to Game Cresta on the 04 September 2023 and it is now the 25th October and i am yet to receive feedback on my repair. How long does it take you Bennett Read to action? Game cannot give me any feedback that is solid. i get told its being repaired. catch a wake up please. You cannot treat customers like this. Called in to inquire about a CT scan whereby the claim was rejected and my worry was that i had already had the CT scan done. Christopher assisted me and went the extra mile to resolve my issue. He promised to resolve it and call me back with an update. He called me 20 minutes later and advised he had arranged the approval and provided me with a confirmation number which i was able to share with the service provider. Excellent Service from the agent and Bonitas. As a renal patient on dialysis you don't need this stress. Bonitas and Christopher came through for me. Thanks again Bonitas
I have logged a claim for a burst solar geyser. Momentum has allocated a plumbing company that will not assist to install the replacement as they insist on me providing an engineers report for the roof. The solar geyser is currently on the roof....so they mention like for like replacement..........is this not a like for like replacement. This is totally ridiculous and I am not impressed. I have never been informed ever that in case of a replacement i would need to provide the certificate. What annoys me even more is the fact that the geyser was replaced 3 tears ago by the dame service provider when it also burst. I want this sorted ASAP. Its been 4 days and we are no where near a solution. Is this how you treat your customers. Really disappointed. Get another plumber to assist. I want this resolved asap.
Since RCS has taken over the Edgars accounts, the system is in a shambles. i keep on being charged interest month after month. I have called the call centre 4 times already and keep on being told it will be resolved from the following month. The RCS service is pathetic. you are ripping of public. My account 6 months interest free account. If i wanted to pay interest I would get a credit card. They tell you they cannot reverse the interest, This is not acceptable. i am now frustrated. Terrible service. Never had this issue before Edgars was taken over. Can a senior person at RCS please sort out my query once and for all otherwise I will close the account that has been running since Edgars started out. Totally disgusted with the service from RCS.
