Professional and Efficient Resolution – Highly Appreciated
recently had an issue with an order from Tessa’s Bakery, but I’m really pleased with how everything was handled thereafter. Their team took the time to address my concern and resolved it in a professional and efficient manner. I also received a delicious carrot cake, which was a lovely touch and truly appreciated. It’s always reassuring when a business takes accountability and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This experience has definitely restored my trust in their service, and I’ll continue supporting them going forward. Thank you, Tessa’s Bakery, for turning the situation around so positively.

Amazing bakery
The quality of the baked goods was outstanding! Moist, flavorful, and visually stunning, each item exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and care in every aspect of the baking process is evident.

I believe in room for improvement. Always, so do believe me, receiving a 4star from me, is pretty great! I am rating towards the quality in their baking. I was fortunate to be a winner on the Fmr competition for Tessas Bakery. I went to investigate their bakery. So happy I did, what a lovely cozy corner. Music was refreshing and not over loud. Quality in the baking as well as the baking to the cakes, absolutely exquisite. Melting quality. A perfect sit down for great coffee, a healthy breakfast nibble is also on the cards. Perfect before you indulge in a naughty bite. I appreciate the Gluten free options. Looking forward enjoying and sharing my prize through the year ahead, Outside of this, I will definitely have my little stop over for relaxation and great coffee at this spot in future. Thank you for your friendliness. Keep up the tidy and cleanliness in this special stop over. This os one place the white and pink is appealing . Verushka

BEST CAKES IN TOWN
Best Service I ever received. Tessa's Bakery is my local favorite! Delicious variety of cakes and sweet goodies you can think of. They have an excellent customer service and not to mention their affordable price that comes with quality cakes.

Awesome experience
i ordered a Superhero cake for my son at Tessa's bakery in May 2021 and WOW, from the staff to the gorgeous user friendly website to accommodating my requests, i am just blown away with it all. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the actual cake was amazing, not only did it look good, it tasted even better!! Well done Tessa's bakery! i will definitely be ordering some cake again!

Awesome experience
i ordered a Superhero cake for my son at Tessa's bakery in May 2021 and WOW, from the staff to the gorgeous user friendly website to accommodating my requests, i am just blown away with it all. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the actual cake was amazing, not only did it look good, it tasted even better!! Well done Tessa's bakery! i will definitely be ordering some cake again!

Unfair penalty of 15%. No refunds.
I ordered a celebration cake early this year for my 30th birthday party which was supposed to happen in April. Then lockdown happened. I obviously cancelled the order and party altogether. Now, a few months later, I requested a refund and after consulting their accounts department, I will be charged with a penalty of 15%. Mind you, all the other vendors that I paid for in relation to my party paid me back, no penalty, because of our country’s situation. This is absolutely unfair and totally disgusting.

Bad Vegan Cakes
Ordered the vegan vanilla cake and vegan brownies. Both very densed and vanilla cake like sand could not eat. The brownies horrible, ordered just before lockdown, received order 26 March 2020. Spoke with other people and they also had bad experiences with Vegan option. The sad thing is on their website it is available to review but it is being erased from Tessa's side, so no true reflect of product available. You just have to pay and loose money, and bin the cakes. Informed Tessa's and received messages during lockdown and never ever a follow up. I don't know if Tessa's wants to be in business for the future, with the quality of cakes.
