Extremely Unsatisfactory Customer Service - Not Recommended

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. When I called to inquire about a quote for a product they had sold, I was met with unexpected hostility. The representative was abrupt and irritable from the start. Upon asking why he seemed so agitated, I was met with profanity and abruptly disconnected before I could specify what I needed.

Subsequent attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect towards customers is unacceptable. Based on this interaction, I strongly advise potential customers to seek services elsewhere.
