They ruined my very expensive curtains, and now they are not returning my calls. I even had to pay for the curtains, and I left them at the Paarl branch. It has been three weeks since I requested a call back, and also a refund, as well as payment for my curtains that is now ruined. I will have to have other curtains made. I would expect them to at least ensure that the item is first checked for safety of the material, but it looks as if a cat got hold of my curtain. It is ripped in the grain of the material. I will have to throw them away! These curtains were handmade, and this was the first time I had them drycleaned. There should be precautions set in place by this company, but they do not care about the items. On the paperwork they let you sign an indemnity, but they surely should still check the items if they can be drycleaned. They know their machines. I will not make use of them ever again, even if I have to go to another town to get my items drycleaned. I want them to pay for my loss.

Worst service received from company. Took blankets in for washing 21/7/22 they said we can collect 22/7/22, went there blankets not done. They said come back the next day also not finish and so it went one. A week later still nothing, phone head office spoke to a person who said he is the manager he will find out and get back to me. Another day later still nothing. Had to go buy more blankets, it's winter and my dogs can't sleep cold. Will never use them again can't believe someone open a company and just let anyone run the company for them
