Texican- Eatery & Tequila bar. Best Mexican Restaurant in Pretoria! They do have grills, but I mostly go for the Mexican food. Owner Derek du Toit makes you so welcome. He personally greets every table and make sure you get the best service. The restaurant is 5 minutes away from my house next to Hooters. Because I despise Hooters, bad food, bad service, Food not great, nice specials if you are hungry, but taste like any other takeaway shop. Texican is next door, but the stupid Hooters sign was so uncompelling, I never bothered to walk up and see that there is a Mexican place next door. Love at first site. I miss Tings 'n Times so much.. this Mexican Texican restaurant has the same feel and vibe. Well why not? Most of the staff including managers use to work at Tings. Will recommend it to everyone and they are open for deliveries during lockdown.
