SAD 😞 Not happy at all. Worst customer service. I bought three headboards and one of them was faulty I had to organize transport to send it back. When they were done with the repairs they kept quiet I had to follow up with them and organize transport again to fetch it at my own cost. I bought from them AGAIN, two single beds this time. They delivered one, no communication I followed up yesterday they ignored me, today again they just blue ticked me. Never again.
I received call from Vissie after they saw my review on Google. She fed me lies. Still haven't received my second bed. Hopefully I'll get help soon.
