We dealt with the Agency Real Estate agents for the last month or so, trying to get our property in the market. with not much said I'll copy my communications with the agent to this post, and you can make up your own mind on the 2 start given:

You did not answer my questions, and the visibility of the intend to have taken my business seriously is evident that there was none.
Your response to withdraw the listing with immediate effect is surely in your right, but I feel it is highly unprofessional as it is seen as a reaction to my initial question which I believe was politely put and straight to the point of my concerns.

I would like to find out from you what the planned implementation is for advertising my property at {Address Removed}. I feel at this present point in time that there is no urgency in marketing the property from The Agency as a real estate agency. The fact that the property is listed on Property24.com is one step in marketing, but there is still no for sale boards visible or any mention or discussion about show days on the above mentioned address, after the discussion held with {Name Removed} yesterday, can you please indicate if there are planned dates to realize these requests. We approached your company to the fact that there would be a marketing aspect to the sell of the property, thus this is where we are more than willing to agree upon a commission fee as stipulated in the documentation undersigned. However, I’m also concerned about the current advertising that is taking place on Property24, If I can highlight some stipulations as errors/false advertising: • It is stated that the home is situated in a Cul-de-Sac. o This is however not the case as it is a corner stand where {Address Removed} meets. • Kitchen newly renovated o Unfortunately the kitchen is not newly renovated, but I would believe it to be in a neat and tidy state. • All the bedrooms are north facing. o This is not a true statement as I would say only 2 rooms are north facing plus a portion of the living room. • The shower feature could be debatable, but I would say it is not a feature. • Bedroom 3 is not tiled, all rooms are carpeted. • There are only 1 reception room which in our case plus the current tenants serve(d) as the living room. With the points highlighted above {Name Removed} is in a position to formulate with you accurate features to the property. We undersigned to give “The Agency” a mandate of 90 days to the property, which was also indicated not to be a sole mandate, we have basically already passed the 1st 30 days, and I would please like to know what I can except in the next 60. Also the price of {Price Removed} is a calculated and we would like to invite people to make offers, there is a set limit that we would like to clear on the property, but in all fairness would like to do business with whoever shows interest in the property (also this I feel is subject to how we promote it), I trust that you find this in order.
