I was referred to PAV Solar solutions for the installation of a solar system at my home. I honestly must say, they are true to their slogan "Unashamedly Ethical". Alwyn Viljoen and his team performed this installation for me without any hassles. The installation is neat and professionally done. They accommodated me on my request to move the installation date forward from the planned start date and this happened without queation. It has been years since I had a company perform a service for me on such a high standard. I will recommend PAV Solar Solutions to anyone that wants a too notch service and product installed. Unsatisfactory post quotation response. I approached Hydro Rubber in the beginning of 2025, to provide me with a quote on my roof after a satisfactory job done in prior years. I did find it hard to finance their quote at the time. Once I had cleared budget -it took 8months-, I contacted them again for adjusting the quote based on current economic circumstances. It took longer than I could wait for on the quotation. and with additional work that needs to commence I awarded the work to a different company. The day I received the quote, and indicated that I'm going with a different company, I got a "now how????" message back. Indicaing that I was waiting more than a week, for the quote to be received. The response was that there is probably nothing to be done on that. A weekend and a day later, a Whatsapp Message was received, indicating the disgust the company/individual has with me not choosing them and indicated that I kept them in the dark regarding my plans. I find it in bad taste that a company can send out an attack on a personal level on a quotation stage. No promises or work was awarded. I had no issue with their prior work, but the question is, if there were problems how would it be resolved...? I truly feel regret that they need to treat customers like this Own discretion needs to be used on approching thwm for business.

I settled my bond on the 13th of February 2016, leading to the settlement, I spent 3 day prior gathering information on the process.<br> During this process I've asked if the debit order will be processed, it was stated it would not... Guess what, it went off this month.<br> <br> A representative helped me yesterday, but phoning today, the representative told me, she will send me an email and I should send her an email to remind her to follow up with the representative from yesterday. Honestly what type of service do you offer if you cannot even follow up a request from your client?<br> <br> I always have an issue with Standard bank on any level of engagement, I'm very unhappy with my experience with your group!<br> <br> I hope Standard bank refunds me, as I would hate to label them as thieves as well.

Received a notification from ABSA this morning to change to E-Statements, else in April 2016 I will be charged R20 for Depositor plus statements received via post.<br> Tried phoning to change according to request, first consultant just sent me back to menu, second one indicated that even though I registerd for telephone banking, it would expire, which it probably has, no body indicated that to me before, I'm paying rediculous amounts on banking fees, and still need to redo prior efforts to just change detail.<br> <br> Consultant was unhelpful, a \Just okay"was the response.
