I WOULD GIVE MINUS 10 IF I COULD!!. LEEROY FROM THE APPLIANCE ENGINEER WAS CALLED BY ME ON 31 MARCH 2023 TO LOOK AT MY DEFY GEMINI THERMOFAN OVEN. HE ARRIVED ON 1 APRIL, AND SAID HE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE FAN MOTOR AND THERMOSTAT. HE DID THE JOB, CHARGED R2,500 (INCLUDING CALL OUT AND LABOUR). THE MONEY WAS PUT INTO HIS BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE HE EVEN LEFT. A FEW DAYS LATER THE GRILL WASNT WORKING AND NOW THE WHOLE OVEN IS NOT WORKING. I PHONED LEEROY TO TELL HIM. HE IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO!!. HE SAID: THE TROUBLE WITH YOU IS THAT YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK YOUR OWN OVEN AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN!! HE WON'T TAKE ANY FURTHER CALLS FROM ME. NO DETAILS ON THE INVOICE, NO EMAIL ADDRESS AND ONLY CELL: 073 957 8697. THERE IS ANOTHER CELL NO. IN THEIR ADVERT (067 266 0757) BUT LEEROY ANSWERS BOTH.
