STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY!!! Got them to come out to give us a quote. They never mentioned a call out fee and when we said we don't accept the quote/price and we will pay the call out fee and gave them cash on the spot. They started getting rude and argumentative that we did not want to pay the money for the job and only pay for the call out fee. They also started the job without us accepting the quote/price and installed sensors (which we said take the sensors and please leave). Very rude and unprofessional and apparently ***ist too after looking at their reply of the other review Santie left. We had to threaten to call security because they did not want to leave. Update from another company repairing the fridge! They cut wires of the sensors to be spiteful now we need another part to connect the cut wires!
