Balmoral hotel shocling service
Got to the hotel at 11 am confirmed my booking . It was confirmed although the room was not ready .. Checked in at 21:30 just to find the dirty bedding outside the room reserved for me and the same for my colleague.
Dirty linen in the passage to our new rooms as well. . Staff not the most friendly or welcoming .
You seem to be doing them a favor to book into there hotel

06 Jul 2023, 04:48So the storey continues. So on the 2nd day complaining about no hot water, i was told to run the water for 10 min let's use water sparingly, apparently not a concern in this hotel. On the 3rd day of no warm/hot water while trying to shower is have dirty rust water coming out of the tap.
Then you have to wait 2 days for your laundry. This sidewalk of the establishment is also the gathering point of people of nightly leasure. Noisy while waiting for the next customer to arrive for there paid leasure.
Would I book here ever again. Not even if it is the absolute last place on earth.
