I visited Thunder Brothers Car Wash at Stone Ridge on [insert date] and booked my vehicle in at 10:15 for a special package costing R400. I was informed the service would take about 1.5 hours. However, when I returned after the allotted time, my car was only just coming out of the wash bay. Staff then sprayed it again with water and began wiping it down. Unfortunately, the interior was not vacuumed, and the car did not appear polished as promised. For the price paid, I expected a complete service, but the quality fell far short. When I raised this with the manager, I handed over the tokens showing what was included in my package. Instead of addressing the issue or inspecting the car, she simply took the tokens and walked away without offering any assistance or resolution. I was polite and calm throughout, yet my concerns were dismissed. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Poor time management, incomplete service, and lack of accountability from management make it hard to recommend this car wash. I hope they take steps to improve customer service and deliver what they advertise.
ordered 2 Gyros 1 x Chicken and 1 x Lamb. Got the lamb 10 min before the Chicken. it was r as I could jot wait for more tzatziki. The chicken is double the size as the lamb was like a mini. Poor customer before us ordered 2 x Chicken and waited 30 min for his. He got 1 and had to wait for his second as the lady had to first make our lamb and then his second chicken . Absolute chaos behind the station. Trolleys and people working. Also doing a stick take . This has become a disaster Food *****s.
From the moment we arrived, Lisa – the incredible manager – welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. Her attention to detail and personal touch elevated the entire experience. The food? Absolutely exceptional – every bite was packed with flavour and clearly made with love. A true gem of a spot with service that leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommended!
The last 3 weeks of dealing with this business has been the most frustrating experience. This is a company that has no service level agreement with their suppliers I.E Frogfoot. On the 26th March we had an interruption in service and this continued until the 2nd April. Worked for 3 days and has been down ever since. When you interact via whatsapp you are just being answer from a scripted response. I will never recommend them to anybody. They should get a negative rating.
The Management team in especially Ms Zaheera Omar and her team went out if their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The Balmoral became our home away from home while attending the 9 day House and Garden expo. A definite recommendation to stay at The Balmoral with exception service and hospitality.
Got to the hotel at 11 am confirmed my booking . It was confirmed although the room was not ready .. Checked in at 21:30 just to find the dirty bedding outside the room reserved for me and the same for my colleague. Dirty linen in the passage to our new rooms as well. . Staff not the most friendly or welcoming . You seem to be doing them a favor to book into there hotel
Trying to understand the real hype about this place. It is absolutely not value for money. A chicken liver starter for R90 and you actually get 3 chicken livers with sauce and 2 slices of bread. This is outrageous to pay this much and then it is not that special.. Value for money absolutely NOT. What a disappointment
If i see useless service as a caption it would be an absolute overstatement. USELESS SERVICE is when you get some sort of service what do you call it when you get NOTHING ?? On the 21st of October we placed an order for Wi-Fi. Firstly, they were very quick to take our money before we even read through the contract details etc. It has now been 2 months and NO WIFI. Continuous calling the call center, chatting to a chat bot just to be told that previous owner did not cancel. Previous owner did not even use the fiber connection. When Service providers complain that there is no business i realize that it is because of the lack of service they provide. The no ownership attitude and the absolute disregard for customer service principle. We as customers must beg and plead for a service , then we should do all the work and then pay for the ISP to deliver service to us the consumer when they feel that our constant complaining now warrants some service.
