Worse bead shop in the world!
This place is truly the worse bead place I have ever come across. The people are lazy, they take forever to pack your order and send you a quote and don't answer the phone. When you do get hold of them, they over promise and under deliver. They send beads that don't look like the stuff on the website and the ribbon they send you is so filthy, it is disgusting. They are very slow and again I say lazy too. They also sent me glue without its nozzle. They don't answer my WhatsApps about it. Terrible, terrible, terrible place. It is tiring to work through them!!!

The Bead Shop, Melville, Johannesburg I received great online service and assistance from a lovely lady, Chantelle at The Bead Shop in Melville, Johannesburg. Chantelle arranged my beads for delivery to Cape Town, for the next day, which I received promptly. Super helpful and very friendly service from The Bead Shop. Highly recommend this bead retailer. Thank you Chantelle for all your great help and for being so sweet. It has been a pleasure dealing with you.

Doesn't send my parcel
<p>I have ordered products from this business on 19 May 2017, did payment on 22 May 2017 at about 08:30. It is 8 June 2017 and I still haven't received my package! </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent numerous mails to them, and Chantelle stated that the manager cannot find my payment on the system, even though I have sent a proof of payment through.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted the manager himself today and he did not answer his phone. I stated I want my package, as he has received my money, taken it and therefore I will make a case against him for fraud.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely terrible service, even though I have sent through my proof of payment.</p>
