WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I booked a mom & daughter mani & pedi birthday spoil for us and my treatment/experience was the WORST EVER ! My daughter also complained about a painful experience and to crown it off, her mani nail polish did not even last 24hrs. The technician was very disorganised and unprofessional. I phoned and complained to the owner who promised a response, but after a week, am still waiting for her call. To anyone reading this, spare yourself the pain and disappointment of booking at The Beauty Bar, Lilian Ngoyi Road, Windermere, Durban. I will NEVER patronise the salon again.
