I would not recommend The Bed Guy to anyone. I placed my order several days before lockdown and I patiently waited,as I understood that nothing could be done as a result of the pandemic. I contacted them several months later,once the lockdown was eased and I was told that I would receive my order first thing once we reach level 3 of lockdown,which I did not mind. My issue began once we had reached level 3,i had to pursue them as I had received no communication from them with regards to a way forward. Once I had finally received a response,i still had to wait for quite some time before I received my order, I had asked that they inform me of the exact date prior to delivery but that never happened. Finally, once my order had made it to my home, I just received a call notifying me that the delivery guys are outside my gate, I was not informed prior like I had requested and therefore, had to leave everything I was doing and rush back home. Upon arrival, I find my mattress placed on the street pavement,which I was not pleased with.
