The Bedshop Woodmead
The worst customer experience ever from Mbali and Sine,on top of it incorrect items were delivered like realy. This lady had a nerve to call me and tell me she suggest they deliver the incorrect bed in a spirit of Ubuntu.when did me spending my money and receiving the correct item became Ubuntu,so this company doesnt care about their sales and customer service Now my house has turned into a storage for the incorrect delivery as i've ordered a Queen EL only to receive a standard leigh and worse part is even the driver was aware of the incorrect order but still went all the way to my house with this nonsense. The driver went back to the branch immediately and said he will ask the sales person to call me and still no call. This business needs to close its really bad.
