To anyone reading this,this is yet another warning simply because i wish i also got the same advise.Run Away as Far as possible from Auto & General ...the entire Telesure group for that matter. They are a group of ****mers and they will leave you stranded in a way you would never believe.Check reviews across all platforms these people will leave your Finances a mess and will find any small reason not to pay-out. Run and dont look back....they call to try and sign you up - BLOCK THEM Hello Peter should allow user to proceed without a selection of 1 star they dont deserve that iether
This review is to share the great service received from Ilse Goldmen - Food ***** Waterfall. I was standing in a long queu over the weekend, the shop was packed and humid.My daughter fainted and Ilse appeared out of no where and assisted us. She went over and above to make sure we are sorted,she even gave us her personal cell phone to alert family to come and assist. Its true not all Angels have visible wings,she sure is one of them and from the bottom of my heart i Thank you Please give this woman the recognition she deserves
I would strongly recommend you avoid this insurance and any other within the Telesure group I'm accident took place on the 24th of November Monday night,these people intentionally waited 3 weeks with no action on my claim besides moving my assets without any communication or consernt. Not only did they do that,further damages were done on my car and possibly parts taken out of my car. The car was at the location which is an Auction centre,this means after the Assesor Keegan Kori saw my car a day after the accident they knew it's a write off. But they still kept it for 4 weeks and stripped the car resulting in further damage and possible loss as they could have easily removed legit parts from my car at this point I'm not even guaranteed my spare week is also even there. This guy waited weeks and conveniently called me Friday around 15:00 to instruct me to return the rental by 15:00 the next day mind you the rental company closes at 13:00 (not communicated) and gave me 48hrs to give a location to move the damaged car within a 40km radius....I mean where do I take a damaged car which has been s****ped even further? They rejected the claim stating I was driving over the speed limit at 23:00 as a 38 year old black female alone in the car driving a 5km distance from sunninghill to Vorna valley. All it takes is looking at entire cars history and drivers patterns to understand what type of person is driving. My car was last parked on Wednesday, Sunday I went to church only to move again regular drive/route to the office on that Monday,once parked on before weekend it will hardly mov3 with small tripes with the area schools and shopping centres. They knew it's a single black woman,she won't bite we can take a chance and not affect our profit margins. They will find any reason to reject the claim but this was unspected and Keegan has stood very low shaam. ..now it makes sure why his voice was always shaking during our calls especially as he kept referring to the road and speed limit. I wish as black people we had an insurance company that does discriminated,it very unfortunate because of the *******ion we will still remain looted by these Corporate Gangsters.This is one of the.things Goverment needs to look it ....from How our Finance Deals get structured to service providers like Auto and General will continue to **** people. #Black Child you will never be free

I went to the Mall of Africa store and immediately fell in love with the Superstar Grey Sunglasses and have been on the waiting list to get these shades. Monthly later they then became available again, I went to the Store and they didn’t have stock but the online store had stock. I went and bought from the onlines store, however the ones I received I big amd fall off my face. I went back to the Store and fitted the ones they have and did a comparison with the ones I have received and yes mine are bigger/wider. Unfortunately the store doesn’t have stock and they advise I need to contact online shop to hear what are my options/solution they can offer. Now after spending R1200 plus R100 for delivery,I was told I need to spend an additional R200 to send back the pair I have for them to send me another one with the risk that I might have the same problem. Countless times I told the Agent : Mbuyelo to rather advise on the return process as they are not even willing to meet me halfway on the cost because its not my fault I was sent a defect quality product.I even picked up the phone and spend my money to call this person for clarity but they couldn’t be bothered to even do the same. The only thing Mbuyelo is interested on is back and forth email giving me bad attitude and arrogance for days. I'm an Era fan have earings and chains but this marks the end of the relationship if that how this brand treats its customers. The shades haven’t been worn and have been in my possession for less than 30 days
Bad attitude and costumer service I went to the branch after a billing issue on my account which is claimed to be because the debit order was unsuccessful due to lack of funds in the account which is not even true.I arrived at the branch and the consultant said they cant assist i need to call the call centre...mind you im in a Telkom branch and being asked to call the centre after a long drive.She then refused to connect me to a line saying i have a telkom sim on my cell which was lack of knowledge on thir products because when you on my account you can see that the contract is for a router and a data-sim. She kept mumbling infront of me and giving me attitude then went to back left me there just sitting(probaly hoping i will give up) All i can say sitting at the branch and looking at the demographics of people that walk in clearly we are being undermined due to our skin color with the expectation that we will just accept bad service and attitude. I'm proud to say I'm cancelling my contract with Telkom and will move my money to a company that takes me seriously as a consumer. To say I'm highly disappointed will be an understatement from Branch, Call centre ,App and overall service
Order specification were not followed ,i order a Journal for Mothers Day received 10/05/2025 and Mother's day being 11/05/2025 i had no choice but to allow my Mother to receive the gift but the brief was not followed. Yes the order is a Journal but the one order had a name and message but decision were made to omit some fields without proper communication.
After my visit i had to get home and still cook super after attending your restaurant i realised more that i shouldn't have even paid for my order. This waiter was very drunk on the job. He even dropped my food in front of everyone and had the decency to serve me the same plate which I refused to pay. They took the same food which was part of what was dropped ,wiped the same plate with dish cloth and tried to serve me the same food. Where is the department of Health or Regulator to monitor this food hazzard. He asked me for R200 cash when I was paying for my kids' food and drinks as I left without even eating. The worst customer experience ever from Mbali and Sine,on top of it incorrect items were delivered like realy. This lady had a nerve to call me and tell me she suggest they deliver the incorrect bed in a spirit of Ubuntu.when did me spending my money and receiving the correct item became Ubuntu,so this company doesnt care about their sales and customer service Now my house has turned into a storage for the incorrect delivery as i've ordered a Queen EL only to receive a standard leigh and worse part is even the driver was aware of the incorrect order but still went all the way to my house with this nonsense. The driver went back to the branch immediately and said he will ask the sales person to call me and still no call. This business needs to close its really bad.
Bad customer service and incorrect orders I have been using PnP and the ASAP app for a while now but i will strongly advise that you stay off the ASAP app. These a lack of customer service and proffessionalism from the call centre The store will send wrong orders even when you make notes which they defeats the purpose of convenient shopping. Honestly i have had better experience with Checkers and Zulzi which beats all of them in this game. Pick n Pay is a whole such a mess and full of nonsense.
