I was planning to takeout my friends this weekend for lunch to relieve ourselves from the stress of adulthood. I called Big Mouth on Monday to reserve a table I asked for a specific table and time and I was told by the lady that she will get back to me for availability. It is now Wednesday and I had to call myself to get confirmation but to only find out that the lady booked me for the wrong time and she did not let me know that the table was unavailable. The plan that I had is now ruined because Big mouth are terrible at their customer service and communication. I no longer recommend people to go to big mouth but by observation TANG restaurant is way better. Disappointed .
