Levies

I am utterly disappointed at the newly appointed levy company at the blyde. To my understanding, you cannot deprive people to enter their place because of financial constraints. I have been owner since 2019 and last year lost my job. I have sent proof to the company rise and my access is always blocked. Previously landsdowne would just block access to the lagoon but you would have access to the gate. What kind of bad treatment are people locked outside. How much people go to work? This is so sad how an unemployed person must pay R8000 just to gain access. Where must I get that amount if I was unemployed for whole year? An year before was on maternity leave. The stress level is bad.
