I am utterly disappointed at the newly appointed levy company at the blyde. To my understanding, you cannot deprive people to enter their place because of financial constraints. I have been owner since 2019 and last year lost my job. I have sent proof to the company rise and my access is always blocked. Previously landsdowne would just block access to the lagoon but you would have access to the gate. What kind of bad treatment are people locked outside. How much people go to work? This is so sad how an unemployed person must pay R8000 just to gain access. Where must I get that amount if I was unemployed for whole year? An year before was on maternity leave. I have been with bid tracker for 5 years to point I recruited my dad an husband to join. I am utterly disappointed at the level of service my dad is currently receiving. My dad has bid track on his old car an bought car 3 months back and to this day bid track has not installed the tracker, he was send forms by lady called nokubonga only to be told after a month he needs to travel 2 hours to their place to get tracker installed. 1stly my dad is 70 years old. We trusted tracker as this was used on all 5 cars and now he must use his petrol, his time to go get tracker installed that his going to pay monthly? Since when is tracker not sending out someone to install? I'm super disappointed, would the car be ****** now that it's 3 months without help. Will you reimburse us? I'm really disappointed, I received summons on Friday after I notified you I'm unemployed an gave the proof. Highly dissapointed, I have reported several times to this company I'm currently unemployed an going through a divorce process, an it's painful to not be considered when such is raised. To my suprice, I have lost my previous number last year an have not revieved any recent emails since November an suddenly I get summons from tenent who stays were I used to stay as insosnce moved due to my situation. I have letter stating I'm unemployed an I have no source of income currently at all. I have moved as I'm going through divorce process an to be summoned in a place you even far from. How will I get to Pretoria if I don't have any source of income? Last communication by email revieved was in November. I know I could keep up with payments but if you don't have nay cent to pay, how must you pay? I'm going though alot here an wish I had atleast further given time, just imagine the disgrace for someone who is not ne getting my personal things. Something that's private to me. My savings account has a semi dormant hold, I went to branch yesterday to try an link to my app an I couldn't be helped because apparently system placed semi dormant hold, I'm an ex absa staff an I know how it works. That hold placed only when account is not in use for 3 months or more if you can check on my statement for savings, I transact regularly on that account, it's my boys birthday Monday an funds are needed urgently an locked, funds I worked hard for an now I must until Tuesday is it fair? My last day at work was the 30th an was told pension fund Wil b processed from my last day. I have been making follow up but I get very vague respond by saying we recieved ur claim our Sla is 4 - 6 week. I'm aware but I was jst asking if anything needed because I had same problem with the savings withdrawal ladt year were they kept quiet only to find they needed marriage certificate an I only knew after the Sla allocated. Next week Tuesday is 4 weeks. There's no movement or anything on my claim. I'm in the dark. I moved my debit orders but looks like my money will still not be in.
