I had an outstanding experience with Robin at the Body shop in Canal walk shopping Centre. He really knows his products and has a great approach with customers. He went out of his way to find my products that were discontinued. Thank you so much Robin. Always lovely dealing with you.

The Body Shop Cradlestone is the most toxic working environment, thanks to its Manager Thato and Regional Manager Jessica. They are absolutely vile people to say the least and to actually call them human beings is an utter disgrace to human nature! My sister who is currently an employee and top sales performer at the Body Shop Cradlestone received an employment opportunity 2 to 3 months back, from the day she needed a day off to go attend an interview, her life was made a living hell in the workplace. The managers have given her a difficult time with giving a referral letter, they then went as far as cutting down her monthly hours from 40 to 27 in order to short pay her. She is now being bul**** to resign because, in Jessica's words "When are you resigning? Who is going to train the new person in the festive season? You need to leave now because we need to start training the new person who is going to replace you. I need feedback regarding your resignation by tomorrow, understand?" Mind you my sister is a single parent and breadwinner at home. She is awaiting confirmation from the agency before she can resign, this was clearly communicated with Thato (store manager) however they keep ill-treating her in order for her to leave. My sister cries each and every single day because of the amount of bullying she is getting daily at work, just because she is not resigning as Thato and Jessica want her out ASAP. Absolutely disgusting!

I received an email from The Body Shop (from Clicks group) saying I have a birthday voucher of R75 off any of their products. When trying to purchase, there is no voucher loaded to my Clicks Club Card (despite what the email said) - wasted trip to the store. When I try to email.. there's no way to email anyway, so I call the call centre... to be told I must use the SKU on the email. There is no SKU on the email - wasted phone call. I have now unsubscribed from Clicks emails. It's supposed to be a 'gift', but what a story to even get this. I don't understand how it works. It tells you to go to any clicks or body shop, which is what I did. Wild goose chase. Don't fall for it.

REFUND In June 2025 I received gift of perfume which was bought at cresta mall body shop and I didn't like the scent of the perfume the one I like it's sold at the other shop so before the 30days refund rule expired I decided to take it back and get refund I was assisted by a lady who gave me attitude a lady called NELI she told me I can't get refund because I don't have a clicks point card that was used to purchase the perfume,so what happens if the person who bought me came this side for a short period and left? It means I can't get refund because of the clicks points card? And I was forced to tak other products with the value of the perfume,the lady started getting funny at me when I changed my mind and said it's okay will go back with that perfume since I can't get refund that a nonsense service that I received on that day and I don't wish someone else must experience it,if a customer wants a refund give a refund stop with stupid rules that without clicks points card you won't be refunded.

The only reason that the Body Shop gets a two star rating is because their products are really good. Unfortunately the online shop is terrible. I placed an order on the 28th November for a Body Butter and as of today, 13th January I have had no response. Numerous emails, I gave up on the telephone line, after a while. I subsequently went to the Cresta Shopping Centre branch and bought a tub of Body Butter at extra cost to myself. Great service from the branch.

I requested a refund 6 weeks ago on an order I cancelled. Every week they make promises that it is with Finance being processed. Don’t expect anything from their Customer Service.
